Job summary

TransaLink in Bayan, Kuwait, is seeking a Gardening Specialist to maintain residential gardens. You will plant, prune, and manage lawns, shrubs and trees according to design plans and seasonal care routines.

The role requires gardening experience, plant knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. Accommodation is available; part-time or full-time may be considered. International travel support if needed.

Job description

As a Gardening Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying residential gardens in the city of Bayan. Your main duties will include planting and pruning flowers, trees and shrubs as well as maintaining lawns and other landscaping features. You should have prior experience in gardening and be knowledgeable about different plants and their care requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Planting flowers, trees and shrubs according to design plans
• Pruning and trimming plants to maintain their health and appearance
• Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging and watering as needed
• Identifying and treating plant diseases or pest infestations
• Maintaining garden tools and equipment in good working condition
• Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate and soil conditions

Requirements

• Previous experience in gardening or landscaping
• Knowledge of different plants, their care requirements and common diseases/pests
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Attention to detail for maintaining a neat appearance of gardens
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting

Preferences

• Indian or Egyptian nationality open to all nationalities
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
• Part-time availability; full-time may be considered
• Biometric passport for international travel if needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month with the possibility of increase based on performance.
