Job summary

AquaNav in Hawalli, Kuwait is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance our outdoor spaces, including gardens, lawns and landscaping. You will plant, prune, water and fertilize to keep areas vibrant year-round.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to weather-driven scheduling, and routine upkeep of beds, lawns, and irrigation systems. Prior gardening experience is preferred; visa sponsorship is available for foreigners.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of various plants, flowers, trees and their care requirements.
• Familiarity with gardening tools such as pruners, shovels, rakes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Experience with irrigation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Planting new flowers shrubs trees and other plants according to seasonal plans
• Pruning trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
• Watering plants regularly and adjusting watering schedules based on weather conditions
• Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed to maintain plant health
• Maintaining clean and organized garden beds and removing weeds
• Mowing lawns trimming edges and maintaining overall lawn appearance
• Installing new landscaping features such as pathways or retaining walls
• Cleaning up leaves and debris from gardens and outdoor spaces

As a Gardener you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our outdoor spaces including gardens, lawns and landscaping.
