Job summary

MapleClass Education in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking a skilled Gardener to maintain the gardens and outdoor spaces for our clients. This role requires physical stamina and a passion for plants and landscape.

You will plant, trim, water, and care for flowers, shrubs, and trees, use gardening tools, and coordinate with clients to meet their aesthetic goals. A valid work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Gardener or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to use gardening tools and equipment effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant trim and maintain various types of flowers shrubs and trees according to seasonal requirements
• Water plants regularly and monitor for any signs of pests or diseases
• Mow lawns rake leaves and remove weeds to keep outdoor spaces clean and tidy
• Install new landscaping features such as paths flower beds or irrigation systems as needed
• Maintain garden tools and equipment in good working condition
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to use gardening tools and equipment effectively
• Strong communication skills in English preference for African candidates
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month for this position
