Job description

Purpose of job:

To assist in performing functional consulting services related to ITS core products and that includes projects implementations.

Key Work:

  1. To assist in project scope definition
  2. To examine the client business and assist in defining what the system should do in his area of expertise
  3. To assist in defining the client technical, interfacing, and operational requirements and constrains from business aspects
  4. To assist in developing implementation plans
  5. To assist seniors in advising the client on means to close requirements and application gaps and to assist in providing information and knowledge about the system under implementation
  6. To participate in system testing
  7. To assist in providing post implementation functional support
  8. To assist in presales activities including demos, workshops, conferences and proposals.
  9. To ensure adherence to ITS internal procedures regarding Quality and Knowledge Management
