Fluor Corp in Kuwait is seeking a supervisor to manage Fuel Distribution operations, ensuring safety, accuracy, and timely reporting. You will oversee logistics for aviation, diesel, and mogas missions and mentor Fuels personnel.
The role requires a high school diploma/ GED with 5–8 years related experience, and involves inspections, maintenance planning, and daily safety briefings in a challenging environment.

Supervises Fuel Distribution operations within assigned units. Supervises assigned sections of the logistical planning and management functions of aviation, diesel, and mogas fuel missions. Develops maintenance plans for fuel equipment at assigned locations. Ensures that usage calculations, service times, and fuel levels are maintained as required. Completes and verifies forms and submits daily situation reports. Completes inspections, sampling and analysis in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures. Maintains fuel documents and archives files for future reference and internal and client audits. May operate and maintain retail fuel systems as assigned. Maintains a training program for Fuels personnel. Responsible for evaluating employee and subcontractor performance, and recommends corrective measures. Collects, reviews, and submits time sheets and work week schedules. Conducts daily safety briefings and ensures HSE standards are observed. Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma / GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and five (5) years to eight (8) years related experience.
Requires computer skills and proficiency using email, Microsoft Office or specialized applications as necessary to perform assigned job functions. To ensure compliance with safety, health and security requirements in the contract, employee will possess the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language at the intermediate level as necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a Secret Security Clearance
Confirms all systems are inspected daily and properly maintained, as required.
Position may be located in a wide variety of environments, from conventional indoor office workspace to project worksites with harsh, working and living conditions.
Position requires the basic skills and physical ability necessary to perform assigned job functions.
Prior military and/or contingency experience.
Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
