Junior Delivery Engineer

Job Responsibility/Requirement

• Support network and remote connectivity hardware/software installation, configuration, and maintenance under the guidance of senior technical staff.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecom, Networking, Communication or a related discipline from a TOP university in Kuwait.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic projects or internships demonstrating exposure to telecom networks or ICT Industry
• Have a Huawei Certificate (HCIA/HCIP/HCIE)

Junior Account Manager

Job Responsibility/Requirement

• Aspiring Account Manager: Demonstrated potential to excel in account management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-Centric: Strong customer relationship management skills, including effective communication and issue resolution.

Junior Solution Manager

Job Responsibility/Requirement

• Assist in gathering and analyzing customer requirements to shape telecom solutions (4G/5G/5.5G/IP/DWDM/Access), working under the guidance of senior solution managers.
• Support the creation of solution proposals and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including cost estimates, timelines, and technical diagrams.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and operations teams to validate solution feasibility and define integration points.
• Help track project milestones, manage documentation (e.g., requirement specs, design docs, test plans), and maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Contribute to competitive analysis by researching market offerings and summarizing differentiators for internal teams.
• Maintain the solution repository with up-to-date architectures, reference designs, and best-practice guidelines.
• Assist in preparing presentations and demos for internal reviews and customer engagements.
