Roles And Responsibilities:
- Managing sales
- Telecalling
- Negotiating with clients
- Conducting general meetings
- Providing translation assistance
- Generating leads (Genuine Lead - USD 1.20 for Genuine per Lead)
Genuine Leads Meaning: A lead is considered genuine if the candidate provides proof (e.g., WhatsApp screenshot or voice call) that the customer is genuinely interested in purchasing and ready to import materials.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with country-specific language proficiency.
Compensation:
- Basic Salary: USD 100 as pocket money (applicable after confirming the shipment of one client).
Commission Structure:
- 14 clients: Earn USD 100 per client.
- 510 clients: Earn USD 200 per client.
Example:
- Completing 5 clients = an additional USD 1,000.
- Completing 10 clients = an additional USD 2,000.
