Job summary

Nowair is seeking a freelance designer to support the marketing and brand team with visual storytelling, motion content, and design consistency across social media and campaigns.

You’ll develop visuals that appeal to youth while aligning with Nowair’s identity, collaborating with the team to iterate quickly in a fast-testing environment. Based in Lebanon preferred, remote options available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital or brand design.
• Portfolio showing both static and motion work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva Pro.
• Basic motion/video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
• Eye for detail and knowledge of modern MENA visual trends.
• Bilingual (Arabic + English).
• Organized, reliable, and able to deliver quickly in a fast-testing environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Design: design social posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok; create short videos and motion graphics; adapt visuals into Arabic and English; support quick creative iterations for GTM tests and performance campaigns.
• Brand Design: maintain Nowair’s visual identity; design templates and guidelines; support presentations, pitch decks, and campaign visuals; collaborate with the marketing manager and Yoko to align design direction with growth experiments.

• Design templates and guidelines for the internal team.
• Support presentations, pitch decks, and campaign visuals.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager and Yoko (digital agency) to align design direction with growth experiments.
