Job description

Visit clients, present and negotiate the company's vehicle offers in a professional manner tailored to customer needs and interests, and respond to their requests to facilitate the sales process in accordance with department policies.

Skills

· Conduct business visits to clients (companies, groups) to present department offers, maintain relationships, and recommend suitable modules based on needs.

· Answer customer questions regarding vehicles, prices, availability, uses, warranties, and credit terms; provide proper quotations; and coordinate delivery dates.

· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features and options.

· Consult with clients post-sale or after contract signing to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.

· Follow up with other departments (Logistics, Ordering) to monitor sales process progress.

· Monitor fleet market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, pricing, and sales.

· Obtain credit information about customers and compile relevant statements.

· Prepare daily sales tracking reports and submit them to the admin coordinator for analysis.
