A leading automotive company in Kuwait is seeking a Sales Representative to manage client relationships and present vehicle offers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sales negotiation, customer service, and market analysis, ensuring customer needs align with departmental offerings.
Visit clients, present and negotiate the company's vehicle offers in a professional manner, aligning with customer needs and interests. Respond to customer requests to facilitate the sales process, adhering to department policies.
Skills
· Conduct business visits to clients (companies, groups) to present department offers, maintain relationships, and recommend suitable modules based on customer needs.
· Answer customers' questions regarding vehicles, prices, availability, uses, warranties, and credit terms. Provide accurate quotations and coordinate delivery dates.
· Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate vehicle features and options.
· Follow up with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve issues and provide ongoing support.
· Coordinate with other departments (Logistics, Ordering) to monitor the sales process progress.
· Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, pricing, and sales strategies.
· Obtain credit information about customers and validate all relevant statements.
· Prepare daily sales tracking reports and submit them to the admin coordinator for analysis.
