Fitness Sales Executive - Indoor & Outdoor

We are looking for a Sales Executive. The position will report to the store in charge and will represent the company, promoting the company’s product portfolio by executing the sales strategy and maintaining customer satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs in order to exceed customer expectations.
2. Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales/monetary transactions, and opening/closing procedures.
3. Maintain positive customer and employee relations; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, and report unresolved complaints immediately to the line manager.
4. Assist with inventory, display, merchandising, and placement of stock on the sales floor, stock rotation, and markdowns to ensure sales targets are achieved.
5. Assist with tidying up or arranging merchandise and housekeeping tasks to ensure a neat, clean, and safe working environment.
6. Use proper handling techniques and equipment to ensure the safe handling of merchandise.
7. Create quotations based on the price list provided by HO, follow up with the customer, and record details of inquiries and comments.
8. Follow store policies and procedures as well as general company policies.
9. Be aware of possible damage, theft, or potential safety hazards, reporting observations immediately to the line manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Retail experience in the fitness industry.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. High school diploma or equivalent experience.
