Role Purpose

We are seeking a technically competent and detail-oriented Billing Systems Configuration Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support and configure our RSMS and SUN billing platforms, ensuring accurate and efficient billing aligned with commercial agreements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with billing systems and a working knowledge of ground handling contracts, particularly IATA SGHA

What You Will Be Doing

• Configure, manage, and support RSMS and SUN billing systems based on business and contractual requirements.
• Interpret and implement billing logic according to SGHA and other ground handling agreements.
• Analyse client contracts to ensure correct service definitions, pricing models, and billing triggers.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, and operations teams to gather requirements and validate configurations.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and provide resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct system testing and validation after configuration updates.
• Document configuration changes, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Participate in testing and validation of system changes to ensure data and billing accuracy.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience working with billing systems.
• Strong understanding of billing processes, contracts, and aviation ground handling.
• Familiarity with IATA SGHA (Standard Ground Handling Agreement) and typical ground handling contract structures.
• Understanding of aviation services, billing workflows, and charge calculation principles.
• Basic proficiency with SQL and working with relational databases.
• Analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• English proficiency required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
