Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (CA, ACCA, or CMA) fully or partially qualified.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably with prior experience at a leading audit firm (Big 4 is a plus).
Strong knowledge of IFRS, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support statutory audits and act as the main point of contact for external auditors.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and managing cash flows.
Maintain accuracy of general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations.
Oversee cost control, project accounting, and expense tracking.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and tax requirements.
Contribute to financial process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives.
