The Finance Manager plays a key role in supporting operational decisions, managing risk, and enhancing the company’s financial performance across MEP and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor annual budgets and forecasts. Work closely with project managers to analyse cost-to-complete and project profitability. Maintain general ledger and oversee AR, AP, payroll, and fixed assets. Manage and optimize financial modules in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics). Supervise and mentor the finance and accounts team.

Provide financial input for project bids, tender pricing, and feasibility studies. Support management with financial models and investment analysis. Requirements & Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role, with 3+ years in MEP or engineering/construction industry.
