Job Description:

• Own and lead BDA discussions with commercial teams
• Monitor and analyze trade spend and drive optimization plans
• Support NPDs with full P&L forecasting and pricing strategies
• Provide monthly/quarterly variance analysis and insights
• Partner with sales to plan and track ROI on trade and promotional investments
• Support compliance on promotions and trade documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, ideally in FMCG or retail
• Strong analytical skills, especially with trade spend and variance reporting
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and financial software proficiency
• Solid grasp of ERP systems (Oracle/Hyperion is a plus)
