Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist IV - LWD/DD to supervise directional drilling operations for oil and gas wells. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver advanced drilling services while maintaining high safety and quality standards on site.

The role requires 3 years of directional drilling experience, a degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering, and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Directional Drilling.
• Basic knowledge of MWD and related tools.
• Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Industry experience and product-line training required.
• Strong communication and teamwork in field operations.

The responsibility is to supervise drilling of oil & gas wells across India in different drilling environments.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of assigned Directional Systems services at the well site.
• Completing successful advanced technical training and assigned well site development programs.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies ,Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.
• Maintaining frequent intra-organizational and external customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism
