Job summary

Turbo Pay in Kuwait City seeks an experienced leader to drive business development, secure key accounts, and negotiate contracts that increase monthly collections and expand client partnerships.

You will oversee field operations, drivers and routes, scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance to ensure on-time collections, cost efficiency, and strict compliance with company standards; 12-hour shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in project/operations/logistics in Kuwait.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure field-based role up to 12 hours/day, 6 days/week.
• Proven experience managing drivers and field teams.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Hindi/Urdu also preferred.
• Valid Kuwait driving license.

Responsibilities

• Develops key accounts and negotiates contracts.
• Oversees daily operations across routes and drivers.
• Manages scheduling, route optimization, and fuel costs.
• Supervises warehouse, inventory, and quality control.
• Monitors KPI: collection volumes, driver productivity, and inventory movement.
• Monitors fraud and enforces loss-prevention controls.
• Executes management instructions with urgency and precision.
• Coordinates hiring, logistics, and procurement; ensures task closure.
