Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary of up to 600 KWD per month (approximately US$1950) based on qualifications and experience

Requirements:
- Internationally recognised Personal Trainer Level 3 Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Experience instructing group classes such as Core, HIIT, Stretch & Functional classes
- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good working knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it pertains to group fitness classes and the exercises prescribed in personal training programs.
- Have a strong history of continuous professional development by having taken courses, attended workshops and seminars and kept up to date with current Pilates developments.
- Experience in working in gulf countries is advantageous (not required)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Instructs classes and PT sessions for individuals and groups.
- Conducts 1-2 classes per day.
- Supports the strategic/marketing plan through participation in activities/events identified by marketing promotions as high priority.
- Provides supervision and education to participants requesting personal or group training.
- Assures continued professional development through attendance at continuing education and professional conferences
- Leads small group classes for various fitness levels.
- Provide one-on-one and Personal training and designs personalized workout plans.
- Assess clients' physical conditions and fitness goals.
- Track clients' progress and adjust workout plans as needed.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals. Build strong relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate proper use of fitness equipment.
- Provide modifications for different fitness levels and abilities.
- Educate clients on proper form and technique.
- Promote studio services and programs.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate client records.
- Adhere to club policies and procedures.
- Promote a positive and inclusive club environment.
- Assist with studio events and workshops.
