Job Summary

The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, manage food preparation across all brands, maintain hygiene standards, and lead the culinary team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced multi-brand kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all kitchen staff (chefs, assistants, cleaners)
  • Ensure timely and consistent preparation of dishes across all 8 brands
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization
  • Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and coordinate with purchasing
  • Train new kitchen staff and provide ongoing coaching
  • Manage shift schedules and assign daily duties
  • Develop and test new recipes in coordination with brand managers
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety laws and municipality regulations

Skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Chef (at least 3–5 years)
  • Deep knowledge of kitchen operations and cloud kitchen dynamics
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple brands simultaneously
  • Food handling certification (preferred)
  • Excellent leadership and time management skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
  • Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
