Fashion Consultant

As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience. You will also support the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, and slow movers to inform business reviews.
2. Drive client relationships through an omni-channel approach.
3. Provide pre-buying feedback on products.
4. Enhance employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through people experience initiatives and fostering a positive culture.
5. Ensure adherence to Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
6. Manage click and collect services within Service-Level Agreements (SLAs).
7. Properly capture customer data in compliance with marketing requirements.
8. Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offerings.
9. Support in-store marketing events and activations.
10. Stay informed about all brand social media activities and campaigns.
11. Drive sell-throughs within the store.
12. Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives.
13. Provide feedback on store operations, highlighting what is working well and areas for improvement.

What You Need to Succeed

1. Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
2. Prior retail sales experience, preferably in ready-to-wear fashion.
3. Understanding of retail KPIs and effective selling techniques.
4. Experience with CRM and clienteling tools.
