Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Préparer la salle à manger et le service selon les normes.

Job description

Assist with the preparation of functions and service.

Attend and participate in daily briefings and other scheduled meetings.

Comply with Time and Attendance Policies.

PEOPLE

Assist with preparing the outlet for service, including:

  • Assisting Restaurant Managers in delivering F&B service according to departmental standards and procedures.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective employee working relationships.
  • Communicating any difficulties, guest comments, and relevant information to the Outlet/Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning equipment
  • Sorting store equipment
  • Cleaning and maintaining glassware, flatware, and china for service
  • Preparing waiter stations and service equipment
  • Assisting with table preparation
GUEST EXPERIENCE

Interact with guests to solicit feedback, participate in training and development, and extend service attributes to all internal customers. Demonstrate service standards by:

  • Being attentive to guests
  • Promptly fulfilling guest requests
  • Anticipating guest needs
  • Maintaining high knowledge levels impacting guest experience
  • Resolving guest complaints effectively
RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS

Perform mise-en-place and food preparation, assist with receiving and storing goods, maintain hygiene standards, support cellar operations, manage stock and billing procedures, and ensure compliance with hotel rules, grooming standards, and employment policies.

What we need from you
  • Preferably hold a university degree
  • At least two years of experience in hotel & restaurant operations
  • Excellent oral and written English skills
  • Presentable and a team player
