Job summary

Workato is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for our project in Al-Kuwait. The role requires operating excavators on construction sites, performing pre-operation checks, and collaborating with the crew to complete tasks safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of excavation experience, a valid driver’s license, and relevant industry certification. Strong physical fitness and the ability to read blueprints are essential for accuracy on-site.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating excavators on construction sites.
• A valid driver’s license and heavy machinery certification are required.
• Excellent physical fitness to operate equipment safely for extended periods.
• Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators safely and efficiently following site rules.
• Perform pre-operation checks and maintenance as required.
• Dig trenches, foundations, or other structures as directed.
• Remove debris from site and dispose of it properly.
• Load and unload materials and assist with on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project completion.
