Job summary

Workato in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join the team and operate excavators at construction sites. The role requires safe handling of heavy machinery, adherence to safety procedures, and accurate interpretation of basic project drawings.

The candidate will work on land-based projects, perform trenching, leveling, and material loading, while maintaining high attention to detail and efficiency on site.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating excavators on construction sites.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the field.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator at construction sites and other land-based operations.
• Control and maneuver excavator, attach buckets or implements, and load material into trucks.
• Follow all safety regulations and use protective gear at all times.
• Read and interpret basic project drawings and site plans as needed.
• Assist with site preparation, trenching, leveling, and foundation work when required.
