Job summary

Work in USA's partner luxury hotel in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead pastries for global guests. The role requires English fluency and strong leadership.

You will develop menus, oversee production, mentor junior chefs, manage inventory, and ensure food safety.

Salary is 1100$ and includes medical insurance, accommodation, transportation, annual flights home, and growth opportunities within the hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, flavors, and design.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other chefs.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Food safety certification preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and create new pastry menus for our restaurant and banquet events
• Oversee the production and presentation of pastries, desserts, and breads
• Train and mentor junior pastry chefs on techniques and recipes
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive menus
