Job description
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with managers and concerned personnel for fluent conduct of departmental activities.
- Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Taking care of all the travel, appointment, and routine tasks pertaining to the team members and management.
- Proficient in handling digital office suite and software to create relevant documentation.
- Interpreting the highlights of discussions to formulate a concise checklist for further evaluation.
- Evaluating in-house reports and communicating the same with relevant personnel.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
