Job summary

Want More in Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our construction team in Al-Kuwait. The role offers a monthly salary of 1,700 KD and is open to immigrants.

The ideal candidate will have excavator operation experience and basic familiarity with construction plans; minimal experience will be considered. Responsibilities include operating excavators, following safety guidelines, reading plans, and coordinating with the team to ensure efficient, on-time project progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience operating an excavator; construction industry experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to machinery operation
• Excellent physical strength and stamina

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to excavate earth, remove debris, and dig trenches for foundations and drainage
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures when operating machinery
• Ensure that all excavating work is performed in accordance with established plans and specifications
• Monitor the performance of the excavator throughout the day to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain accurate records of excavation work completed each day
• Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
