Job description

We are on the lookout for a highly organized and energetic Event Coordinator with a strong background in planning and executing live events and activations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on experience from fast-paced events or activations agency. A strong network of local vendors and a passion for delivering memorable experiences are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute a variety of events, brand activations, and campaigns across all platforms.
  • Oversee every stage of the event lifecycle, from initial planning and logistics to on-site execution and wrap-up.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, entertainers, and venues, including negotiation and coordination.
  • Ensure all events run smoothly by monitoring timelines, setup, deliverables, and contingency plans.
  • Develop original and engaging concepts for events, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive event plans, production timelines, and post-event analysis reports.
  • Lead on-site operations, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure high-quality execution.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure event alignment with brand goals and messaging.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in event coordination, preferably in an events or activations agency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, Event Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Well-established network of suppliers and service providers in Kuwait.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of event logistics, production requirements, and on-ground execution.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and solutions-driven with a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive under pressure.
  • Prior experience organizing events in malls or public spaces.
  • Knowledge of local event-related government procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Strong portfolio or documented history of past event successes.
