Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Estimation & Planning Manager to lead the tendering, estimation, and project planning activities for our contracting division. In this strategic role, you will oversee all aspects of project estimation, budgeting, bid preparation, risk analysis, vendor negotiation, and project planning to ensure timely, cost-effective, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end estimation process for new tenders and ongoing projects.
  • Review and analyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
  • Develop bid strategies, coordinate pricing, and ensure timely bid submission.
  • Lead the technical and commercial evaluation of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with project and operations teams for accurate planning and cost assessments.
  • Oversee the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Identify and mitigate estimation-related risks.
  • Analyze vendor quotations and prepare comparative cost reports.
  • Conduct pre-tender site visits and lead project planning activities.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, project budgets, and forecast plans.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Supervise and guide estimators and planning personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and client expectations.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
