Overview
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing full lifecycle ERP implementation and rollout projects, along with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage ERP implementation/rollout projects of varying sizes and complexity.
- Develop clear and detailed project strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure successful delivery.
- Manage scope, risks, budgets, and timelines to deliver projects in alignment with approved plans.
- Drive and facilitate key meetings and workshops to achieve project outcomes within deadlines.
- Prepare and present high-quality reports, documentation, and project presentations.
- Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to project teams across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with system users, management, consultants, and technical teams to resolve business issues.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to design, configure, upgrade, and maintain ERP and related systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, validate data, document results, and ensure quality standards.
- Support the PMO in monitoring, reporting, and ensuring project efficiency, structure, and governance.
- Deliver accurate, timely updates to stakeholders for effective decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 end-to-end ERP implementation/rollout projects as Project Manager.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems preferred).
- Prior consulting experience in at least one ERP module is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of implementation methodologies and full project lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder management in international environments.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in scope, risk, and budget management.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CITPM, or P3O preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to define milestones, estimate resources, and evaluate deliverables.
- Skilled in reporting project progress and outcomes to senior leadership and PMO Director.
- Adept at coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring structured, efficient project execution.
