Accountabilities:

The ERP Analyst will serve as the primary contact for Oracle Fusion support and enhancements. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support for ERP Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement applications (Oracle Fusion).
  • Creating and maintaining reports in BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Designing OTBI reports and writing SQL queries.
  • Resolving product implementation and integration issues creatively.
  • Managing functional requests from end users, prioritizing, and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Reviewing Oracle Fusion updates, mapping to business needs, testing, and deploying.
  • Supporting procurement and inventory integrations.
  • Establishing reconciliation processes and supporting month-end and year-end activities.
  • Working with Oracle support for bugs and enhancements.
  • Encouraging use of standard Oracle functionalities.
  • Mapping business requirements to Oracle Functional specifications.
  • Monitoring inventory transactions and physical inventory processes.
  • Handling costing issues (Standard, Average, FIFO).
  • Participating in system audits and implementing action plans.
  • Adhering to support SLAs and communicating status updates.
  • Collaborating with support teams and end users on Oracle Cloud solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).
  • Minimum 3+ years’ Oracle Fusion experience in SCM modules.
  • Knowledge of Oracle BI Publisher, BPM workflow, Approvals, workflows, DOA.
  • Experience with FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Experience with costing methods (average, standard, FIFO).
  • Experience with business requirements, technical analysis, coding, testing, and customization.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle integrations with third-party applications.
