As an English Tutor your main responsibilities will include

• Creating engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to the needs and abilities of individual students
• Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions or group classes to improve students speaking reading writing and listening skills
• Assessing students language proficiency through regular tests and evaluations
• Providing constructive feedback on student performance to help them improve
• Communicating with parents or guardians on a regular basis to discuss student progress and address any concerns
• Staying up-to-date with current teaching methods and materials in order to continuously improve teaching techniques
• Maintaining accurate records of attendance grades and lesson plans

To qualify for this position you must have

• A Bachelors degree in English language or related field
• At least 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages
• Flexibility in working hours eveningsweekends as most classes may take place after school hours
