Job summary

ConFlip is seeking an experienced English Tutor for a contract role in Al-Kuwait. You will provide one-on-one or group instruction to students of various ages, developing personalized lessons and tracking progress to optimize learning outcomes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in English, strong command of grammar and pronunciation, and the ability to tailor lessons to individual needs. A visa sponsorship option is available for Al-Kuwait residents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field.
• Proven experience as an English tutor with strong grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation.
• Ability to tailor lessons to individual student needs.
• Excellent communication skills and patience with learners of different ages.
• Valid work visa for Al-Kuwait (visa sponsorship available).
• Fluency in English (Indian nationality preferred).

As a language tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or group instruction to students of various levels and ages. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on student's goals, needs, and abilities
• Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Provide engaging and interactive lessons that encourage student participation and learning
• Utilize various teaching techniques such as role-playing, games, and multimedia resources to enhance learning experience
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment for students
• Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student's progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field
• Proven experience as an English tutor with excellent knowledge of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation rules
