About The Role

To oversee the planning, execution, and management of engineering projects, maintenance programs, and facility operations. Reporting to the Director of Engineering & Administration, the role ensures the successful delivery of expansion projects, preventive and emergency maintenance, and facility management services. The Manager also supervises security operations, optimizes operational processes, and coordinates with vendors and contractors to maintain compliance with safety standards, regulations, and organizational requirements.

About You

An ideal candidate would have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (with equivalency by the Kuwait Ministry of Higher Education)
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience at the Senior level/Managerial
• Experience in Project Planning, Facilities Management, Maintenance, Safety Standards, and Operational Process Optimization
• Must be fluent in Arabic and English
• Must be a Kuwaiti National
