Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager with a strong background in mobile phone and accessories sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an Arabic-speaking professional who can build and manage key accounts, drive sales growth, and maintain strong client relationships across the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets for mobile phones and related accessories.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and resellers in the mobile electronics market.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with partners and clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to management.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to support promotional activities and new product launches.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events representing the company.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical standards.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the mobile phones and accessories industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the consumer electronics and mobile distribution channels.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
