Senior Electrical Engineer

We are a leading engineering firm based in Hawalli, seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing electrical projects from conception to completion. This position requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical projects from concept to completion
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed projects
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines
- Supervise project teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
- Ensure that all work is completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct quality control checks on completed work
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the project
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Demonstrated experience in successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Hawalli, Kuwait (Open to Indian Nationals)
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
