Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms to drive sales and improve the user experience.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and paid advertising, to increase traffic and conversions.
Analyze and interpret performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to maximize ROI.
Oversee inventory management and ensure timely product listings, stock updates, and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, customer service) to enhance site performance and customer satisfaction.
Ensure seamless customer journeys, handling troubleshooting issues and improving processes.
Stay current with ecommerce trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills:
