We have a new opportunity for Network Support Engineer with our client.

Title: Network Support Engineer

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Kuwait

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Certifications (Preferred):

1. CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate).
2. CCNP (Routing & Switching, Security).
3. Cisco Certified Specialist – Data Center.
4. ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
5. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Solutions Expert (MCSE).
6. VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization.
7. Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE).
8. Fortinet NSE 4 Network Security Professional.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in networking technologies, protocols, and devices, including:

1. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
2. Cisco switches (e.g., Catalyst 2950, 3560, 4000, 6000 series).
3. Fortinet (Fortigate 3800D and Analyzer 3000F), SonicWALL, and Palo Alto devices.
