Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team. As an IT Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their IT needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Job Description:

  1. The candidate will primarily focus on customer acquisition and lead generation.
  2. Maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
  3. Create a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process.
  4. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT services and solutions to existing clients.
  5. Have a strong understanding of IT solutions and technologies.
  6. Follow up on sales inquiries made by potential customers through website chats, emails, and calls.
  7. Stay focused on current IT market trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience of 2 or more years in Kuwait as IT Sales Executive in hardware and software products.
  2. Excellent communication in Arabic and English with a thorough understanding of marketing and good negotiation skills.
  3. Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the IT services sector.
  4. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and must have the desire to deliver results.
  5. Fast learner, quick thinker, and passionate about sales.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and clients.
  7. Should hold a valid driving license.
