The responsibilities of the Sales Executive include but are not limited to:
- Prospect customers through different channels to generate business opportunity.
- Greet the customers in good manner and provide them a good hospitality.
- Qualify customers through proper questioning methods to understand their needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and Benefits in relation to customers’ needs and interests.
- Ensure to offer test drive for every customer after product presentation.
- Ability to maximize every sales opportunity and build long term business relationship with all customers.
- Follow up with all customers during customer journey and post-delivery to create customer for life.
- Well experienced in technology and social media is mandatory.
- Maintain awareness of automotive industry and latest technology applied by competitors.
- Constantly improve and update knowledge of product range.
- Ability to problem-solve and ultimately deliver sales results within set time frame.
- Ensure to deliver best level of Customer satisfaction during Customer journey within the company.
- Support the department to achieve its objectives and goals.
- Adhere to company policy and process.

Education:
- Intermediate Institute, University degree, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferable.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in similar position or related to retail sales business.
