We are seeking an experienced Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team in a vibrant Lebanese restaurant and deli in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years of experience in kitchen management and leadership, specializing in authentic Lebanese cuisine—from warm and cold appetizers, salads, and moajanat to marination of grilled meats and chicken, and traditional Lebanese dishes. Experience with Lebanese desserts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  2. Develop and standardize recipes, maintaining authenticity in Lebanese flavors.
  3. Train and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
  4. Uphold strict food safety standards; must possess current food safety certification.
  5. Oversee inventory, purchasing, and budgeting for kitchen supplies.

Skills Requirements:

  1. Minimum 12 years of experience in kitchen management, particularly with Lebanese cuisine.
  2. Strong knowledge in recipe development and team training.
  3. Experience in Lebanese desserts is a plus.
  4. Ability to relocate to Kuwait within one month.
