General Practitioner

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience (After Internship)

License:

• Valid MoH License as a GP (for Candidates within Kuwait)
• For candidates applying outside of Kuwait, should be eligible to have a medical license as per the Kuwait MOH.
• Should have a valid medical license from your home country as GP

Responsibilities:

• Examine patients for illness or injury, plan, provide treatment in the form of medicines and therapies, and refer them to specialist providers if necessary.
• Conduct physical examinations, tests, or procedures to diagnose patients.
• Maintain accurate medical records for all patients.
• Make recommendations for lifestyle changes to improve the patient's quality of life.
• Prescribe medication, treatment, or therapy to patients.
• Explain test results and medical procedures to patients.
• Train junior doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Consult with other doctors about the specialized needs of some patients.
