Job summary

EliteHosts is hiring friendly and experienced waiters/waitresses for a busy restaurant in Al-Kuwait. You will greet, seat, take orders, serve meals, and ensure guests have an exceptional dining experience. Proficiency in English is required and visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.

Training is provided for those with less experience. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must have a valid visa for working in Al-Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers, take food and drink orders, and serve meals
• Monitor tables to ensure guests have everything they need
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables
• Provide suggestions and recommendations from the menu
• Handle any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
