Job summary

The role requires good English communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Previous wait staff experience is welcome but not mandatory; visa readiness is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter/waitress experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
• Present menus and answer any questions about menu items.
• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Ensure all drinks are refilled and any additional requests are taken care of promptly.
• Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
