Job summary

NovaMart Procurement in Kuwait is seeking a Loader/Material Handler to load and unload goods from trucks, ships or trains, using forklifts and cranes in a fast-paced environment.

You will follow safety procedures, inspect materials for damages, organize loads, maintain records, and communicate with teammates to coordinate moving operations. This full-time role requires physical fitness, English communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills; English proficiency preferred.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes to move materials.
• Load and unload goods from trucks ships or trains.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or damage to goods.
• Inspect materials for any damages or defects before loading.
• Organize and secure materials on trucks or in storage areas.
• Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded materials.
• Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading processes.
