Job summary

Work standard in Al-Kuwait is seeking a Loader to join our logistics team. The role involves loading and unloading goods, organizing items securely on trucks, and coordinating with drivers to ensure timely delivery. Freshers welcome; training will be provided on the job.

This full-time position requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and strong attention to detail. Applicants from any nationality are welcome, with priority given to local candidates in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload goods from trucks and other vehicles according to company procedures.
• Organize items on the truck in a logical and secure manner to prevent damage during transport.
• Follow all safety regulations while operating equipment, such as forklifts or hand trucks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure that all items are accounted for during loading and unloading.
• Communicate with truck drivers to coordinate loading schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
