Job description

Select how often (in days) to receive an alert:

To deliver and install appliances sold by AE at customers' premises on the address mentioned on the delivery note, and to explain the operating instructions and features of the product after installation.

Job Responsibilities

1. Present delivery notes with customer signature for goods delivered.
2. Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.
3. Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations to D&I office.
4. Check the condition of items while loading to avoid loading any dented items.
5. Call customers to set appointments for timely deliveries.
6. Plan and adopt an optimal route for efficient deliveries.
7. Guide laborers to unload items safely at the customer's home upon arrival.
8. Guide laborers into the customer's premises to unload items at the correct location.
9. Install the item and explain its main features and operating instructions to the customer.
10. Obtain the customer's signature on the delivery note after installation.
11. Bring back the signed delivery note to D&I office the next day.
12. Obtain return delivery from D&I office for any canceled or rescheduled deliveries before returning to warehouse, and get the storekeeper's signature.
13. Return the signed return delivery copy to D&I office.
14. Keep the truck clean and in good condition, and take it for regular maintenance.
15. Inform the supervisor of any defects in the truck.
16. Act as a leader for laborers in the truck, monitoring and controlling their activities.
17. Ensure the safety of laborers and goods in the truck.
18. Sell and install accessories at customers' homes.
19. Be responsible for accessories stock in the truck.
20. Deposit accessory sales regularly with the cashier.
21. Order accessories stock if it is running low.

Candidate Requirements

1. Hold a heavy driving license and have driving skills to operate the company truck (applicable for drivers).
2. Complete product knowledge, especially related to installation.
3. Knowledge of Kuwait areas.
4. Good communication skills, preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
5. Experience in dealing with all types of customers.
