Job summary

Advanced Search Group is seeking an HSE Specialist to advise, coach, and train operations personnel in implementing HSE management programs on offshore drilling projects. You will support incident investigations, develop practices to improve performance, and ensure compliance with all HSE programs across rig operations.

Responsibilities include leading PTW and JSA audits, managing incident reporting, drills, and emergency preparedness, plus driving hazard control, PPE compliance, and

Qualifications

• Five or more years in drilling and/or related industry.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to travel to work sites within the district or other areas.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with HSE Rules to Live By and coach on safety behaviors.
• Perform PTW audits and risk assessments; support pre-job safety meetings.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions tracking.
• Verify ERP readiness, conduct drills, and ensure safety equipment is maintained.
• Identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and track corrective actions.
• Oversee PPE, safety equipment, and inventory management.
