The Role:

Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait at Burj Alshaya is looking for a Director of Spa for our award-winning Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star Spa, who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate Spa and wellness experience. The Director of Spa provides leadership to all employees within the Spa Department. The Spa Director provides cutting-edge advice and makes key strategic and operational decisions for the Spa and hotel spa members regarding treatments and fitness programs. Responsibilities include creating, developing, and implementing Spa and Wellness treatments and concepts, managing the Spa Budget, demonstrating effective retail management, and supervising personnel such as managers, supervisors, receptionists, therapists, attendants, fitness instructors, and wellness practitioners.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strategic, proactive, with a proven track record in both sales and marketing of the Spa.
• Understanding of market trends and the ability to put together sound business plans.
• Creative flair to create a tasteful spa environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating effective leadership.
