Job Description

A Director of Spa is responsible for overseeing the spa operations and team to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while managing revenue targets.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Managing overall spa operations and procedures, ensuring treatments comply with legislation and standards.
2. Ensuring a proficient client experience, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.
3. Managing spa team members and beauty therapists, fostering motivation and high-quality service.
4. Driving team to meet and exceed revenue targets through innovative programmes.
