stc Kuwait is seeking a Director of Pricing & Profitability to oversee the company's pricing evaluation and profitability framework across segments and services. You will build and maintain dashboards, analyze post-launch results, and work with product owners to optimize commercial outcomes while supporting digitization efforts.

The role requires coordinating with top management to ensure profitability targets are met and driving data-driven pricing decisions across the business.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating pricing proposals from various segments/products owners and provide expert advice to immediate supervisor.
• Proactively interacting with the relevant product owners to suggest alternate options where the original proposal entail commercial/financial bottlenecks.
• Maintaining a reporting framework necessary to evaluate the product pricing decisions.
• Maintaining an analysis framework to ensure post-launch analysis is done for major pricing decisions in a systematic manner.
• Supporting company’s digital initiatives by minimizing the manual processes.
• Maintaining interactive and digital dashboards environment to provide effective information on a timely manner.
• Ensuring periodical profitability statements are available at all times at various levels (segments, services, business units, products etc.)
• Preparing business cases for one-off strategic projects as and when needed by the top management.
• Providing support to immediate manager in meeting digitization and other strategic objectives of the company.
• Performing other tasks as advised by the immediate manager.
